you have found chris grivas. i graduated from the university of washington in 1995 with a degree in mechanical engineering. after college, i spent three years as a design engineer at boeing's propulsion systems division. subsequently, i explored life as a web designer... at that time it was an incredibly easy task, and "everybody and their grandma" was doing it. then, after spending the first 27 years of my life in seattle, i moved to smoggy los angeles in 2000 to be a project engineer at meggitt safety systems, where I am now the manager of mechanical engineering.
i am a car and airplane fanatic. driving is my primary hobby. i enjoy autocrossing, go-karting, and the occasional racetrack lapping day, plus cruising through the santa monica mountain canyons in my classic porsche. in addition, i also love listening to music -- mostly electronic music like drum & bass and jungle these days. i also enjoy studying the italian language.
i was wed to my crazy wife in october 2005. i sure do love her.
