Returns and exchanges
Buy worry-free: you have 30 days to change your mind! You have 30 days to return your purchase on piombo.com, calculated from the day of receipt of the package with your order.
Online returns
If you purchased your items on piombo.com, then you can easily return them online. On piombo.com, returns are free! At the moment, returns to stores are not yet available among our services.
1. Access the order status at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your ''Account''. If you placed the order as a guest, access the area reserved for non-registered users and proceed with the return request directly from here.
2.Click the "RETURN" button in your order details and select the items to return, the quantity and the reason.
3.Following your return request, you will be sent an email confirming the start of the procedure and containing the commercial document that you will have to print in two copies. Please remember that the return request can be made only once and cannot be modified: it will not be possible to put inside the box items that are different from the ones declared in the return request.
After activating the online procedure:
1. Prepare your items for shipping by placing the pre-paid printed label on the original box (or other equally sturdy package) so that it covers the original shipping label. The return label can be found inside the package received in the original shipment; alternatively, you can download it from your Personal Area in the Orders section. You will also have to put inside the box one of the two commercial documents; the second commercial document will be given to the courier at the moment of the collection.
2.Contact the UPS courier to schedule package pickup, by phone or from the ups.com website. Specify that you already have the consignment note and provide the address and collection time. If the operator requests it, the UPS customer code to be provided is the following: CG3175.
If you pick up online at UPS.com, all you need to do is fill out the form at the following link: https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule.
You can also take your package to a UPS Access Point: the complete list of points and opening hours are available on the UPS website. You will be issued a receipt containing the tracking code of your shipment and the Access Point number. The UPS website will provide the date on which the package will be accepted by the Access Point as well as tracking the package until it arrives at our warehouse.
3. As soon as the package is returned to us, we will verify that your return has been activated correctly through the PIOMBO.com portal, before 30 working days from delivery and that the return complies with the declaration. Following a positive outcome of these checks, we will refund you the amount according to the payment method used.
IMPORTANT:
- Print the invoice and deliver it to the UPS courier.
- We do not accept different returns relating to the same order. Customers can only make one return per order.
Guarantee terms
All products are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity required by articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
